All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. By visiting the PURPX website or purchasing products from us, you are engaging in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do NOT use this site.

In addition, any reliance you place on any information found on the PURPX website is strictly at your own risk. PURPX, its employees and its representatives release themselves from liability for all transactions, information and statements found on the site. Any or all comments left by users on PURPX.COM do not reflect opinions held by the owners, employees and representatives of PURPX and such comments do not testify to the accuracy of claims made.

By purchasing or using any products from PURPX.COM, or using any information provided by PURPX employees, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these warnings and responsibilities and accept all liabilities. In no way can PURPX or its members, managers, agents, affiliates, or its employees be held responsible or liable for any adversity, loss, or damage caused by the purchase, or use of products from PURPX. Purchases made on PURPX.COM are at the risk of the buyer. PURPX will not be held liable for damage or defects that may result from improper use, handling or storage of purchased products.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on PURPX.COM, including this agreement, without further notice to users of the website. All changes are effective immediately when posted and are applicable to all access and use of the website thereafter. Your continued use of the website following posting updates or revisions of the “Terms of Use” is acknowledgment and acceptance of the aforementioned changes. Additionally, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time, but not limited to the event that any technical failures occur such as pricing errors or oversights in product stock on the website.

PURPX.COM services are NOT intended for anyone under the age of 21. No exceptions. Anyone who is under the age of 21 may not access or use our service under any circumstances. Accessing and interacting with the service that PURPX.COM provides includes creating an account, viewing and/or purchasing products, posting comments, reviews, or posing questions on the PURPX.COM forum.

If it is discovered that someone under the age of 21 has accessed and interacted with our service, any data related to that particular individual will be deleted. The account used to access our service will be immediately terminated.

We do NOT knowingly allow those under the age of 21 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information through PURPX.COM. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from those under the age of 21 via the website.

We do NOT market any products sold on PURPX.COM to anyone under the age of 21 or knowingly provide services or sales of our products to anyone under the legal age permitted to purchase hemp products.

If anyone under the age of 21 attempts to create an account and make a purchase of any products featured on PURPX.COM, they are willingly committing fraud. Any and all actions will therefore be subject to specific legal consequences in accordance with each violation of the law.

Each customer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations and/or restrictions that may apply when purchasing products on PURPX.COM.
When placing an international order (shipping beyond the domestic United States of America), the buyer is solely responsible for adherence to the laws, regulations and restrictions of the particular province in which they reside.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are NOT included in the pricing of the product, shipping and handling costs. The purchasing party is responsible for the encumbrance of any extra charges. We advise you to check with your particular province’s customs office to determine any and all additional costs.

Return of non-defective, open or used items are not applicable for replacement or a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be issued by PURPX when the item is received by our fulfillment center in satisfactory condition.

Unopened or unused items may receive a full refund or store credit if returned within 30 days of receiving the package. Packages may take up to 25 days to be returned to our fulfillment center. Once the item is received by our fulfillment center staff, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be fully processed.

You are required to return all items at your own expense. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be refunded with full shipping cost included, as well as any Import Fees Deposit at the time your return is processed. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for damaged or defective items. However, we reserve the right to refuse additional shipping costs at our discretion.

The length of time for a refund to appear after the return has been initiated is dependent upon your designated financial institution and can take up to 3 to 5 business days or more. International refunds may take longer to process and could take as long as 30 days to receive the refund.

PURPX is not responsible for bank refund issues. If your bank necessitates further information, we will be able to provide you with it for them.

PURPX is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Debit/Credit Card. In the event that the cardholder is no longer in possession of the aforementioned card, please contact the card issuing company to assist you in receiving any refunds.

PURPX.COM HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any items shipped by PURPX.COM to you between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year for a full refund.

The images used on PURPX.COM are for reference only and do not reflect the actual representation of the product. We do not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the images shown of the products for any particular purpose. Actual product packaging and material may contain more and/or different information than those shown on our website.

DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER
While we strive diligently to provide accurate product information, the assumed or described color, texture, material, weight or flavor profile may differ from the actual product. We recommend that you do not exclusively rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings and directions before using or consuming any products available on PURPX.COM.

PRICING DISCLAIMER
PURPX.COM reserves the right to alter product pricing at any time without notice. PURPX also reserves the right to limit quantities on promotional products. PURPX makes every effort to provide accurate, affordable and up to date pricing. You may find that occasionally items may be incorrectly priced.

Where there is a product that is listed with incorrect pricing due to typographical, photographic or technical difficulties, PURPX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

If it happens that the price is higher than the stated price, we will cancel your order and send a notification with details regarding the pricing error and order cancellation. The customer will then have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct listing price, if they wish to do so.

RISK OF LOSS

All product purchases from the PURPX website website are made in accordance with a shipment contract. We replace all lost or stolen packages. Customers assume the risk of loss and title for purchased items upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. PURPX is fully responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If the customer does not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is our responsibility to resolve the issue with the appropriate shipping company responsible.

We understand that lost, damaged or stolen packages are displeasing and we do our best to assist the customer with resolving the problem. So we replace all lost or stolen packages at no extra cost. 

PURPX.COM offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Orders may be expedited by choosing priority shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and shipment. Standard shipping transit times are typically 2 to 10 business days. Standard priority shipping transit times are typically 1 to 7 business days. PURPX.COM does not guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame.

International Shipping Policy
PURPX.COM offers first class international shipping on all international orders. First class international shipping transit times are typically 15 to 40 days. PURPX.COM does not guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame. All shipping costs incurred by the customer are equal to the cost incurred by PURPX.COM.

PURPX.COM holds full liability regarding lost, damaged or stolen packages. We offer full refunds for such claims. Restrictions and Custom fees are based on the particular province or locale. We do not have access or control to the rate of which you will be charged. The customer may accept the additional fees or simply refuse the package.

Prices on PURPX are all based on the United States Dollar. PURPX is not responsible for changes in conversion or exchange rates.

We work to fulfill your orders, however we do NOT guarantee delivery times. We recommend contacting the local Customs Agency to inquire regarding possible restrictions before an order is placed. We provide our shipping policy after placing an order. You may request this information prior to placing an international order by contacting us to disclose the particular province in which you are located.

If an international order is returned to our facility, lost or confiscated, PURPX will cover 100% of the total amount of the order returned minus the shipping cost. If the customer intentionally refuses the package(s) ordered for any reason(s), a 10% restocking fee and shipping charge will be incurred upon the customer’s encumbrance. Note that we must have physical possession of the returned or refused package(s) prior to the commencement of the refund process.

ORDER CONFIRMATION, SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS AND DISCREET SHOPPING
Subsequent to placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your package has been processed and shipped, you will then receive a tracking number via email. You may also sign into your PURPX.COM account to receive order confirmation and tracking information.

Please note that if you fail to receive a confirmation email from us, we advise you to inspect your primary email’s junk folder. If the email has failed to arrive in your inbox, please contact us and we will resend it.

PURPX.COM ensures care in picking your items and carefully packing them. All items are fully packaged and vacuum sealed when required. All orders are shipped in discreet ordinary-looking boxes that do not emit odors or contain the PURPX.COM logo or paraphernalia.

PURPX reserves the right, upon its own discretionary liberty, to request the requirement of a signature upon receiving a package in order to deter fraud.

PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
All products featured on PURPX.COM are in stock at our facility where it is kept in a climate controlled environment. We DO NOT drop ship any products. All products are shipped by PURPX.COM in order to ensure efficient and prompt delivery of the high quality products we distribute.

Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the PURPX name, logo and slogan. Unauthorized use of PURPX’s business identifying features, including copying or impersonating, will result in a legal and/or equitable claim filed by the PURPX Legal Team.

PURPX extends all present and future rights to intellectual property including trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks), designs, copyright and any analogous property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction. Any violation that may occur overseas is applicable to the equivalent laws in the region where the violation occurred.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
