Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

Domestic Shipping Information

At Purpx, all orders are shipped with discreet packaging. The package will not indicate “Purpx” or “purpx.com” anywhere on it. If you ordered glass, the package may have “Fragile Glass” stickers or tape on the outside.

Orders ship from California (USA) within 24-48 business hours of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends), unless otherwise noted on the website, your order confirmation, or if further verification is required.

We use the following shipping methods:

  • USPS

All domestic orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Unless you want expedited shipping which will cost you extra. 

Applying Coupon Codes

Coupon codes must be entered during checkout. We cannot apply a coupon code to an order that has already been placed.

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. All canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing your order at [email protected], including your order number in the subject line. We will inform you if your order has been shipped. If not, and your email was received within the 1-hour grace period, we will cancel your order and charge the 10% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the “Returning Items” section below.

Returning Items

30 DAY POLICY FOR PURPX.COM PURCHASES
Return of non-defective, open or used items are not applicable for replacement or a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be issued by PURPX when the item is received by our fulfillment center in satisfactory condition.

Unopened or unused items may receive a full refund or store credit if returned within 30 days of receiving the package. Packages may take up to 25 days to be returned to our fulfillment center. Once the item is received by our fulfillment center staff, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be fully processed.

You are required to return all items at your own expense. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be refunded with full shipping cost included, as well as any Import Fees Deposit at the time your return is processed. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for damaged or defective items. However, we reserve the right to refuse additional shipping costs at our discretion.

The length of time for a refund to appear after the return has been initiated is dependent upon your designated financial institution and can take up to 3 to 5 business days or more. International refunds may take longer to process and could take as long as 30 days to receive the refund.

PURPX is not responsible for bank refund issues. If your bank necessitates further information, we will be able to provide you with it for them.

PURPX is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Debit/Credit Card. In the event that the cardholder is no longer in possession of the aforementioned card, please contact the card issuing company to assist you in receiving any refunds.

PURPX.COM HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any items shipped by PURPX.COM to you between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year for a full refund.

International Shipping Information

PURPX.COM offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Orders may be expedited by choosing priority shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and shipment. Standard shipping transit times are typically 2 to 10 business days. Standard priority shipping transit times are typically 1 to 7 business days. PURPX.COM does not guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame.

International Shipping Policy
PURPX.COM offers first class international shipping on all international orders. First class international shipping transit times are typically 15 to 40 days. PURPX.COM does not guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time frame. All shipping costs incurred by the customer are equal to the cost incurred by PURPX.COM.

PURPX.COM holds full liability regarding lost, damaged or stolen packages. We offer full refunds for such claims. Restrictions and Custom fees are based on the particular province or locale. We do not have access or control to the rate of which you will be charged. The customer may accept the additional fees or simply refuse the package.

Prices on PURPX are all based on the United States Dollar. PURPX is not responsible for changes in conversion or exchange rates.

We work to fulfill your orders, however we do NOT guarantee delivery times. We recommend contacting the local Customs Agency to inquire regarding possible restrictions before an order is placed. We provide our shipping policy after placing an order. You may request this information prior to placing an international order by contacting us to disclose the particular province in which you are located.

If an international order is returned to our facility, lost or confiscated, PURPX will cover 100% of the total amount of the order returned minus the shipping cost. If the customer intentionally refuses the package(s) ordered for any reason(s), a 10% restocking fee and shipping charge will be incurred upon the customer’s encumbrance. Note that we must have physical possession of the returned or refused package(s) prior to the commencement of the refund process.

ORDER CONFIRMATION, SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS AND DISCREET SHOPPING
Subsequent to placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your package has been processed and shipped, you will then receive a tracking number via email. You may also sign into your PURPX.COM account to receive order confirmation and tracking information.

Please note that if you fail to receive a confirmation email from us, we advise you to inspect your primary email’s junk folder. If the email has failed to arrive in your inbox, please contact us and we will resend it.

PURPX.COM ensures care in picking your items and carefully packing them. All items are fully packaged and vacuum sealed when required. All orders are shipped in discreet ordinary-looking boxes that do not emit odors or contain the PURPX.COM logo or paraphernalia.

PURPX reserves the right, upon its own discretionary liberty, to request the requirement of a signature upon receiving a package in order to deter fraud.

PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
All products featured on PURPX.COM are in stock at our facility where it is kept in a climate controlled environment. We DO NOT drop ship any products. All products are shipped by PURPX.COM in order to ensure efficient and prompt delivery of the high quality products we distribute.
