Purpx Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that it may take up to 25 days for your return to reach our fulfillment center. Once we receive your return, it typically takes 2 to 4 business days to process your refund, and an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return labels will require you to cover shipping costs. However, we will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage upon receiving the item. If your return shipping costs exceed $20, please contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you’re returning an item due to defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, you will be refunded the full postage cost once your return is processed.
Purpx Holiday Return Policy
For items shipped between November 1 and December 31, you have until January 31 of the following year to initiate a return for a full refund.
